Common questions

I didn't get my sign-in code

Codes are sent to the email address SRN has on file for you and can take a minute to arrive. Check your spam or junk folder. If you request several codes, use the most recent one — older codes stop working. Still stuck? Email support@srn.co.nz.

It says my account isn't ready

Access to SRN Plus is approved by SRN staff. If you've just signed in for the first time, your access may still be pending approval. We'll let you know as soon as you're in.

I'm not an SRN client — can I use the app?

SRN Plus is for existing SRN clients. If you'd like to become a client, visit srn.co.nz or email support@srn.co.nz.
